NCR notebooks

NCR notebooks are printed on self duplicating paper which enables handwriting to be copied onto one or several sheets beneath.
Self duplicating paper is generally used for invoice pads, forms, delivery notebooks, estimate notebooks, sign out pads, all types of forms, certificates, contracts, receipts and other printed materials and documents requiring duplication (copying) on the spot.
otebooks can have perforation (holes or lines to make them easy to tear off), numeration (numbers) or they can be clamped (stapled) if needed.
The notebooks are generally printed in dimensions A4, A5, A6, B5 and B6.

  • Dimensions - upon request
  • Trim area - during prepress, the trim should be 5 mm on all sides (this surplus will be discarded after trimming)
  • Content - in the prepress files, all content should be withdrawn from the edges by 5-7 mm
  • Resolution - must be minimum 300 dpi (dots per inch). For any resolution below that, we do not guarantee maximum quality during printing.
  • Regimes and colour models - preparation is performed in the CMYK regime, or Grayscale if the preparation is single-colour.
  • Text - requires conversion into curves
  • Prepress - it is recommendable to send the prepress in PDF format.
