Custom and promotional notebooks are most often printed in formats A4, A5, A6, B5, B6 etc. Notebooks can be white, with one, two or more print colours. The sheets can be blank, they can have a pattern such as grid line, square or any other requested content. The covers are commonly printed on 300 - 350 g paper, but they can also be printed on hard covers. The sheets are printed on softer offset papers (60 - 120 g). Notebooks can be glued, stitched or bound by a metal spiral.

- Dimensions - upon request
- Trim area - during prepress, the trim should be 2 mm on all sides (this surplus will be discarded after trimming)
- Content - in the prepress files, all content should be withdrawn from the edges by 5-7 mm.
- ReResolution - must be minimum 300 dpi (dots per inch). For any resolution below that, we do not guarantee maximum quality during printing.
- Regimes and colour models - preparation is performed in the CMYK regime, or Grayscale if the preparation is single-colour.
- Text - requires conversion into curves
- Prepress - it is recommendable to send the prepress in PDF format.
